scripting: Add jython to the target and rcp

For common trace analyses in python, jython is much more
performant (the TID analysis for os-events benchmark trace takes 15s in
jython and 18min in py4j).

Also adds the EASE platform plugin to the RCP so users have access to
EASE's Scripting and Resources module by default
