Plain Maven: move to Gitlab CI-based Maven repository for Greycat 18

Due to the closing of Bintray (which we used after Greycat discontinued
their Maven repository), we had to move the Greycat binaries again.

This time, we have a mirror of the Greycat 18 source code, built by a
Gitlab CI pipeline, in a Gitlab private Maven repository located here:

  https://gitlab.com/hawklabs/greycat-mirror
