The milestone name in format simrel-mX or simrel-rcZ (e.g. 2018-12-m3 for 2018-12 M3, 2019-03-rc2 for 2019-03 RC2).
The release will be copied from folder http://download.eclipse.org/technology/swtbot/milestones/simrel-mX/ or http://download.eclipse.org/technology/swtbot/milestones/simrel-rcZ/.
If left empty, the release will be copied from http://download.eclipse.org/technology/swtbot/snapshots/.
