PublishJDTtoMaven

This job copies the JDT artifacts from the output of the CBIaggregator job to repo.eclipse.org (snapshots) or Maven Central (releases).

• Snapshots are published to https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/eclipse-snapshots/org/eclipse/jdt/.
• Releases are published to Maven central by publishing to a staging repository.

This job uses publishProject.sh to ensure that sources and javadoc a properly packaged and then uses project-pom.xml to promote the PGP signed artifacts to the appropriate target repository.
