Resolve InjectionException during test runs
In the PDE tests some instances were not created and therefore not 
available for injection. This could be solved by adding explicit 
dependencies to the DS bundle in the test projects.

Create Plugin XML File and Product Extension in E4 Template
The E4 Model Editor expects this to show elements to extend and 
contextmenu entries for Model Fragments.
