retest with ot.dump

This was used on the old infra to relaunch a given test with "-Dot.dump=1" and zip the resulting otdyn.

This cannot work as a separate job on JIRO, but perhaps it can still be used as an additional build step in buildAndTest, in case a weaving related error can be reproduced on JIRO, but not locally.

Keeping this job just for inspiration :)
