Which branch to check out from git

Parameter to the main build script. Options:
ot-junit-allruns OTDT Build and Testprocess
ot-junit-otdtruns OTDT Build and Testprocess excluding jdt tests
ot-junit-buildruns just OTDT Buildprocess
ot-compiler-buildjust build the compiler
ot-junit-runruns just OTDT Tests w/o TestSetup
 sdkQualifier
Override property in otdt_prerequisites-hipp.sh
The qualifier (typically I-build) of the SDK being built upon.
 eclipseVersion
Override property in otdt_prerequisites-hipp.sh
The (possibly renamed) Eclipse version of the SDK being built upon (e.g., 4.7M3).
 dropDir
Override property in otdt_prerequisites-hipp.sh
The drops4 sub-directory on download holding the SDK being built upon.
