511120: refactor tests in org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.parser.builder

* split test with parser and without parser
* rename test classes to avoid duplicate names
* move test classes to the appropriate location

511120: provide script for updating WikiText versions

Script uses wikitext core pom to update versions of bundle manifests,
