mat-standalone-packages

This job builds Memory Analyzer using Tycho.

The job produces standalone MAT packages. It takes the features / plugins built with tycho-mat-nightly build and copied to the SimRel destination with prepare_simrel_contribution build.

After this build, run mac-sign build twice to notarize the two MacOS build outputs, mat-promote-release build and update_latest_update-site build to publish the results so that end-users can download them.
