Changes

Bug 530671 Updated pom.xml for release 2.3.0
Updated versions in feature.xml and category.xml files. Change the
version identifier to 2.3.0.RELEASE for the tools-update site so that
eclipse update will recognize the update from 2.3.0.M3. We have settled
on using release version 2.3.0. Going forward we will use repositories: 
edge: for merged builds milestone: for milestone builds, e.g., 2.4.0.M2 
stable: for release builds, e.g., 2.3.0 Eclipse users using any of these
repositories would expect eclipse update to work when there are new
releases to those repositories. If the user changes their update site,
then they might expect to have to do uninstall and reinstall of Lyo
tools.
