Bug 549753 - [chain] Eliminate usage of IBinding in Chain Completion.
- IMethodBinding -> IMethod
- ITypeBinding -> IType
- IVariableBinding -> IField or ILocalVariable
- A class ChainType is created that serves to unify IType and primitive 
types (which can't be represented by IType)

Bug 513404 - [clean up] Remove unused local variables
- Remove unused local variables with ConditionalExpressions. Expression 
is converted to if/then/else statement.
- Pre/Postfix, Assignment and Method invocations expressions are 
retained to keep side effects.
- Add testcases

Bug 83544 - [quick fix] initialize final field
- Add quick fix to initialize final field at declaration
- Add quick fix to initialize final field in constructor (if present)
- Add JUnit test
Fields are initialized to default values; 0 for primitives, "" for 
strings and for other types; if default constructors is available a 
constructor call will be made, otherwise it will be set to null.

Bug 549858 - Use PlatformUI.getWorkbench instead of
AbstractUIPlugin.getWorkbench
Change for the jdt.ui plug-in.
AbstractUIPlugin.getWorkbench is a simple wrapper around 
PlatformUI.getWorkbench . As we want to reduce the usage of activators, 
we are planning to deprecate AbstractUIPlugin.getWorkbench via Bug 
549848. Activators can slow down the start of Eclipse applications and 
should be avoided if possible.
