• Clones the latest "master" of Eclipse Ditto
• Downloads the dash-licenses tool via Maven
• Gathers all used compile and runtime dependency of Ditto
• Excecutes the dash-licenses tool with the gathered dependencies
• Automatically creates issues for each not approved dependency here: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/iplab/-/issues
• Attaches the results to the build
