jakarta-data-tck-staged-to-promoted

Copies the staged Jakarta Data TCK from the staged download.eclipse.org/ee4j/data/jakartaeeXX/staged/eftl file location to the promoted download.eclipse.org/ee4j/data/jakartaeeXX/promoted/eftl directory on Eclipse Downloads

The promoted TCK can subsequently be downloaded (e.g. using a web browser or using wget, curl, etc) from that location.
